About the Event
Pikes Peak Plummet Ride Information
The Pikes Peak Plummet is approximately 20 miles of mostly descending trail, but don't let that fool you. Riders should be prepared for a few climbs along the way, including the Lake Moraine section, which features roughly 4 miles of climbing before the descent continues. The altitude, trail conditions, and distance can make for a long day in the saddle.
Bring plenty of water, snacks, basic trail tools, and a spare tube or repair kit. Weather on Pikes Peak can change quickly, and temperatures at the summit are often much cooler than in town. A lightweight jacket or rain shell is strongly recommended.
We will be utilizing shuttle drivers to get riders to the top. Please remember to tip your drivers for helping make this incredible ride possible.
Come prepared, ride within your limits, and get ready for one of Colorado's most iconic mountain bike…
